Delete your Barnstorm account

Barnstorm is a game by Softick. You can delete your Barnstorm account and its data at any time: right away in the game, or with the form on this page if you no longer have the app.

Fastest

In the game

  1. Open Settings (the gear button on the main screen).
  2. Tap Account & privacy, then Delete account.
  3. Read what will be deleted, tap Continue, then hold the red button for 3 seconds.

Our server deletes the account right away, and it can’t be undone. After that, the game starts again as a brand-new player.

Uninstalling the game does not delete your account.

No app?

Without the app

  1. Fill in the request form below with your in-game name and your invite code or Player ID.
  2. We check that the details match an account and delete it within 30 days.
  3. If you give us an email address, we confirm there when it’s done.

Where to find them: Settings > Account & privacy shows your Player ID (a long ID with a Copy button). The Invite screen shows your 8-character invite code, and an invite link you shared ends with it.

What is deleted

  • Your account and its link to your device.
  • Your player name.
  • Your progress: level, trophies, stats, cards, decks, caravans, quests, Campaign Pass, Trophy Road, card mastery, skins and Workshop discoveries.
  • Gold, gems and every other balance, including anything you bought. Deleting your account is not a refund.
  • Your clan membership. You leave your clan: leadership passes to the next most senior member, and a clan with only you in it is disbanded. Your clan chat messages are removed and your join and card requests are withdrawn.
  • Your 2v2 party, your invite code and your block list.
  • Your battle log, saved replays, replay links you shared and your battles on Barnstorm TV.
  • Your entry on the Top 100 and trophy leaderboards.
  • Analytics events and crash reports linked to your account.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Store purchase records (order ID, product, date and a one-way hash of the purchase token), with the link to your account removed. We keep them for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and so one purchase can never be granted twice. Google Play and the App Store keep their own records of your purchases.
  • Copies of chat messages another player reported, with your name and ID removed, until the report is handled.
  • A one-way hash of a device that redeemed an invite code, to stop invite-reward abuse.
  • Clan system messages and Workshop “first discoverer” credits stay, but show “Deleted player”.
  • Other players’ own battle logs keep the name you used in battles against them until those entries roll off. Each log keeps the last 25 battles.
  • One server log line per deletion, without your name, IDs or device data.
  • Database backups, which roll over within 14 days.
